Would stay here again when in Lugano, it was an excellent stay. Welcoming staff, INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL views of the beautiful lake, everything is great. Its location very close to the heart of Lugano is great and beautiful. The twin room is functional and modern.

The hotel was in a central setting right on the lake with a lovely view. Everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful and attentive. A nice size room with balcony and 2 separate bedrooms, as example, I had everything needed.

everything was perfect, very very helpful staff, splendid views of the lake and monte bre. we booked suite, it was modern. there were coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware too. the hotel had a central setting in beautiful surroundings.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was fantastic, with unbeatable location very close to train station, shops and the lake, the promenade, and all the cafes and restaurants. The property was located in the center of the city. The room was very separate, comfortable bed. Every staff member was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and very attentive.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my really enjoyable 1 night stay here. A nice size and functional units with balcony, a dining table, for instance, and the stuff were very helpful! The food was nice and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.
